You are required to read this Agreement in its entirety to understand the general provisions of the Terms of Use and any additional terms specific to the product or service for which you are signing up. Your use of Get Auto Dialer constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.

You are required to agree to the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of Get Auto Dialer’s products and/or services.
To use any Get Auto Dialer service, you must submit certain registration data. Such data may include, but is not limited to, your name, business name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information. You hereby confirm that all registration data provided to Get Auto Dialer is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify Get Auto Dialer within thirty (30) days of any changes to such information.
Get Auto Dialer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at its sole discretion. If any modification to this Agreement is unacceptable to you, you may terminate or cancel your agreement by providing written notice to Get Auto Dialer. No refund of any fees paid shall be issued in connection with such termination.
If you do not terminate or cancel the Agreement, or if you continue to use any subscription service or other Get Auto Dialer service following any modification, your continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.
Some products and services available through or in connection with Get Auto Dialer require that you purchase a Subscription Service or otherwise pay a one-time fee and/or a recurring monthly fee. Charges may apply for certain services including, but not limited to, auto-dialer services, software subscriptions, analytics, reporting, white-label solutions, consulting, integrations, or any other service as described on the Get Auto Dialer website or application. You agree to pay Get Auto Dialer all amounts due upon demand.
Payments for subscriptions and services on the Get Auto Dialer platform are processed through the following payment methods:

Any payments that are overdue will accrue interest at the rate of 10% calculated daily from the due date until paid in full to the Company. You must notify Get Auto Dialer in writing if you intend to terminate this Agreement. Any fees prepaid by you for Get Auto Dialer products or services shall not be credited back, refunded, or reversed to your credit card, bank account, or original payment method.
Get Auto Dialer is not required to refund, directly or indirectly, any amounts paid under this Agreement. You understand that if Get Auto Dialer does not receive timely payment of all amounts due for any Subscription Service or other Service, your access to the Services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at Get Auto Dialer’s sole discretion.
You agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and assessments arising out of your use of Get Auto Dialer. You also agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees, legal costs, and collection expenses incurred by Get Auto Dialer in recovering any past-due amounts, to the extent permitted by law.
Although the contractual relationship relating to Get Auto Dialer products is entered into solely between Get Auto Dialer and the User, Users acknowledge and agree that where Get Auto Dialer subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store, Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
Get Auto Dialer subscriptions may be available for purchase via the Apple App Store or other third-party marketplaces. To complete such purchases, Users must follow the instructions provided by the respective platform, which may vary depending on the device or operating system used.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through third-party stores are also governed by their own terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict, the third-party terms shall prevail over these Terms.
These provisions shall prevail over any conflicting terms within this Agreement.
Links provided within Get Auto Dialer may direct you to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that such websites are not under the control of Get Auto Dialer, and Get Auto Dialer is not responsible for their content, availability, functionality, or accuracy. The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement or association with Get Auto Dialer.
Get Auto Dialer does not claim ownership of any materials, data, feedback, or content you submit, upload, or provide while using the platform (“Submissions”). However, you grant Get Auto Dialer a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such Submissions solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Get Auto Dialer.
You agree that Get Auto Dialer’s total liability, and that of its affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers, shall be limited solely to the amount paid by you for the applicable Subscription Service or Service.
All Get Auto Dialer services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Get Auto Dialer may terminate this Agreement or suspend access at any time, with or without cause. All fees paid are non-refundable.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Get Auto Dialer and supersedes all prior agreements. It shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Auto Dialer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or content provided by you.
