The GetAutoDialer website and services are owned and operated by GetAutoDialer. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

All website content, software, branding, graphics, trademarks, and text are owned by GetAutoDialer and/or third-party licensors. You may only use this website for browsing and purchasing our services. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
To use GetAutoDialer services, you must provide accurate registration details, including full name, email address, phone number, and billing details. You certify that the information is correct and agree to update it within 30 days if it changes. Your login credentials must remain confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
GetAutoDialer may modify these terms anytime. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the service and contact us to terminate your account. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Some services require paid subscriptions or one-time fees. Accepted payment methods include Razorpay/UPI/Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and App Store billing (if applicable). All payments are final and non-refundable. Late payments may incur interest charges. If payments are not received on time, your access may be limited or terminated.
If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play Store: Billing is handled by the respective store, cancellations must be done from your App Store account, auto-renewal applies unless turned off at least 24 hours prior to renewal, and store terms override conflicting terms here.
Our platform may contain links to external websites. GetAutoDialer is not responsible for content on third-party sites, their privacy practices, or loss or issues arising from external services. Links are provided for convenience only.
You own the data you upload. By using our platform, you grant GetAutoDialer permission to store and process your data, and display your company name or website as our client (for promotional reference only). We do not sell your data. You must ensure you have legal right to the contacts/data you upload and comply with privacy and telemarketing laws.
You agree not to use GetAutoDialer for spam calling/unsolicited calling, fraudulent or illegal purposes, calls violating DND/TRAI/TCPA/GDPR/FCC rules, harassment, abusive or harmful behavior, or uploading unauthorized or copyrighted data. Violation can lead to immediate termination without refund and legal action.
We are not responsible for user data stored on our servers. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
GetAutoDialer is not liable for loss of business, data, revenue, or profit; call delivery issues caused by networks/providers; downtime, interruptions, or delays; errors in data uploaded by users; unauthorized access to your account; or third-party failures or telecom disruptions.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, call completion/success rate, or telecom network availability.
We may restrict or suspend access without notice for terms violation, non-payment, security threat, government/regulatory requirements, or abuse or misuse of platform.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We may terminate your account for breach of terms, illegal or abusive use, spam calling or DND violation, or non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to use the system stops immediately. No refunds will be issued.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal jurisdiction shall lie in Goa, India.
You agree to indemnify and hold GetAutoDialer and its associates harmless from claims, legal costs, or losses resulting from misuse of our service, illegal calling campaigns, violation of telecom/privacy/DND laws, or use of third-party data without consent.
