You may cancel your Get Auto Dialer account at any time by emailing momoupipay@gmail.com from your registered email address.
Once your account is cancelled, all data, content, call logs, reports, and user information will be permanently deleted from the Get Auto Dialer system. As data deletion is final and irreversible, please ensure that you genuinely wish to cancel your account before submitting a cancellation request.
If you cancel the Service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive one final invoice via email for usage up to the cancellation date. Once that invoice has been paid, no further charges will be applied.
Without limiting any other remedies, Get Auto Dialer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized activities in connection with the platform. Such determination may be made based on internal review, third-party complaints, investigation findings, or legal obligations.
Refunds, if applicable, are offered only upon verification and will be issued to the original payment instrument used for making the payment. Get Auto Dialer does not guarantee refunds and reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
Get Auto Dialer may suspend, cancel, or terminate the account of any end user or organization at any time. Without limiting other remedies, Get Auto Dialer may issue warnings, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or immediately terminate access to the platform if you fail to comply with any terms specified in this Agreement.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice and entirely at Get Auto Dialer’s discretion.
Get Auto Dialer also reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services upon receipt of any third-party complaint alleging that you have engaged in activities that violate these Terms, expose Get Auto Dialer to potential liability, or cause Get Auto Dialer to incur legal, regulatory, or operational costs.
